I recently graduated from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA.
my dream is to develop a ministry called "SARA"
(Stretch And Relaxation in Agape).
God gave me this vision long time ago and currently
i'm teaching "SARA" in Los Angeles area.

SARA is not Yoga.
SARA is not Pilates.
SARA is not just an exercise.

but is to get stretch&exercise with worship songs.
i use healing songs such as praise&wotship and gospels.

The Lord gave me this vision to develop a new way of
Christian exercise for all people.

our body is a temple of the Holy Spirit.
we neet to take care of it!!

歩み始めて４年が経ちました。
９月にフラー神学校宣教学修士課程を終了し、
新しいチャプターが開かれようとしているところです。
タイに宣教師として行っている友だちのAmyが
このブログを使っていて使いやすそうだったので
始めることにしました。
現在、SARAというストレッチとエクササイズのクラスを
展開中です。元々ダンス畑出身なので、ダンスのギフトを
神様と人々のために用いていただきたい、というのが
私の願いです。
